Avocado & Kale (The Jade)

  • Almond milk
  • Banana
  • Avocado
  • Ice
  • Honey

INGREDIENTS (toppings)

  • Banana
  • Kiwi
  • Mango
  • Chia Seeds
  • Agave drizzled

Berry Delight


  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Strawberries
  • Frozen Banana
  • 1 tablespoon of Oat Milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Vanilla Protein Powder

INGREDIENTS (toppings)

  • Coconut shavings
  • Granola
  • Chia Seeds

It’s Bananas!


  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (steam first)
  • 2 pitted dates (FYI…very sweet!)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla protein powder

INGREDIENTS (toppings)

  • Raspberries
  • Almond or Coconut shavings
  • Agave drizzle
