Avocado & Kale (The Jade)
1 tablespoon of Oat Milk
1/2 tablespoon of Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (steam first)
2 pitted dates (FYI...very sweet!)
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1/2 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
Almond or Coconut shavings
